Burgers Our burgers are made with 1/2-lb. (cooked weight!)  lean, fresh ground beef (never frozen!). They are hand patted, specially seasoned, and served on a fresh baked bun. A selections are served with oriental salad or mandarin oranges and pickles.   Wolf Pack Burger "Chef's Choice" Our famous 1/2-pound burger topped with Swiss and American cheese, mushrooms and bacon. Red Wolf Burger Flame roasted sweet Piguillo red peppers topped with Mozzarella cheese and fried onions prepared on grilled Asiago cheese bread. Blue Wolf Burger Stuffed with blue cheese and topped with Swiss cheese and friend onions served on grilled rye. Lone Wolf Burger Crushed garlic and mozzarella. Mexican Burger Stuffed with green chilies and topped with pepper jack cheese and salsa. Up North Burger Topped with ham and Swiss cheese, smothered in sautéed onions and green peppers.
